Eating in Las Vegas Each Las Vegas hotel and major casino offers its patrons the best dining it can come up with. In most cases these are franchise agreements with other chains and not directly provided by the hotel itself. However each complex will offer its own in-room dining facilities and all-you-can-eat buffets. Only in Vegas can you eat Steak and Lobster for 99¢!

Location: Stratosphere Tower Revolving restaurant 833ft up in the air offering spectacular views
across Las Vegas.
Location: Caesars Palace Large assortment of Japanese beers, fresh sushi, sashimi and Teppan

Location: MGM Grand Hotel An array of Italian cuisine and pizzas.
