Paris France
Introduction to Paris Paris is a must for anyone and everyone.
There is perhaps no other city on earth that attracts as much delight
and passion from travellers, intellects and romantics as here. It has
something for everyone. Everything about the place is as you'd expect,
only better. For the essence of France at its best, visit soon! Paris is a city that has existed through the ages and has always been a place that has attracted people. The River Seine slices through the centre of town, encircling the Île de la Cité and Île St-Louis and in the centre lies the magnificent Notre Dame cathedral, famed for its hunchback dreamt up by Victor Hugo. Everywhere you go you'll encounter narrow alleys or wide boulevards, lined with quaint cafes and bars, or expensive boutiques and small grocery stores. For the tourists there are world-renowned locations scattered all over the city: The Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur Basilica, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Catacombs. For art and history lovers, there's the Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre Museum, and the Centre Georges Pompidou amongst others. Paris has always attracted literary types
and intellectuals, and those who want to immerse themselves inside a city
of light, that never sleeps, and that is truly the epitome of France itself.
Cafes brim over with people reading books and writing poetry over a Cafe
au Lait. In the evenings, restaurants turn out excellent cuisine and
bars offer live entertainment and cool atmospheres. DestinWorld reccommends Paris.... or your money back!
