Mungo
National Park New South Wales,
Introduction to Mungo National Park Mungo National Park is a very unique and impressionable area that is hard to do justice in words and photographs, it requires a bit of an effort to get there and is off the beaten track but those who make the effort are well rewarded for there troubles with an amazing landscape and a wealth of history.
Location: Mungo National Park is located aprox 110km north East of Mildura in NSW. Access is via Arumpo Road. Arumpo Road is an unsealed road, which during dry weather is accessible by normal 2wd vehicles but after heavy rain it can become restricted to 4wd vehicles or closed altogether.
